Ingredients: Tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice, salt, calcium chloride, and may contain citric acid), eggplant, specialty lamb, onions, water, non-GMO canola oil and/or sunflower oil, organic lemon juice, rice flour, sea salt, garlic, spices.

Serving Suggestions: Serve with a simple green salad and Feast Saffron Rice or Feast Jewel Rice.

Heating Instructions:

tabBoil: Immerse sealed bag in a pot of boiling water, cover and gently boil for 20 minutes from thawed, or 25 minutes from frozen.
tabDo not simmer longer than 30 minutes.

tabMicrowave: Empty stew from bag into microwave-safe dish. If frozen, defrost following microwave’s instructions. Cover loosely and heat on
tabHigh for 2 minutes. Stir and continue to heat on High for another 1-2 minutes, or until contents are heated through.

tabStovetop: Empty stew from bag into saucepan. Cover and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally
taband adding water as needed to prevent burning.

Ingredients:  Water, basmati rice, onions, lentils, carrots, cranberries (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil) raisins (sultana raisins, vegetable oil), sea salt, non-GMO canola oil and/or sunflower oil, dates, orange peel, organic sugar, spices, saffron.

Serving suggestions:  Serve with a simple green salad, or use as a side dish to seared chicken breast, or use as a stuffing for a roast chicken.

Heating Instructions:
